Remanufactured Powertrain Products

Warranty Duration

All remanufactured engines, transmissions, cylinder heads, differentials, and transfer cases include a 7-year or 1 million miles limited warranty (whichever comes first).

Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and professional installation. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Auto Engines Center will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation or lack of routine maintenance
  • Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products that have been modified or tampered with

How to File a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim for remanufactured products, please contact our support team at support@autoenginecenter.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the affected product, if applicable

JDM Products

Warranty Duration

All JDM engines and transmissions are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Coverage

This warranty applies to manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation or failure to follow maintenance guidelines
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or neglect
  • Wear from normal use
  • Modified, altered, or disassembled products

How to File a Claim

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Any relevant supporting photos

General Warranty Terms

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • All products must be professionally installed and maintained to remain eligible for coverage.
  • Auto Engines Center’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, labor costs, or downtime.
