Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–2 business days of receipt, depending on your location.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM Pacific Time (GMT-8), on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day (Mon–Sat).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed during checkout along with available shipping options.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $500
  • United States (orders under $500): $100 flat rate
  • Canada (orders under $500): $150 flat rate
  • International (orders under $500) to the following countries:
    Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Poland, Puerto Rico, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom — $200 flat rate

💡 Note: Additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international shipments. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, or weather conditions.

  • United States Standard Shipping: 1–3 days (Mon–Sun)
  • Canada Standard Shipping: 1–5 days (Mon–Sun)
  • International Shipping: 1–7 days (Mon–Sun)

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via our website’s “Track Your Order” page using this number.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to issues such as:

  • Insufficient or incorrect address
  • Failure to retrieve the package
  • Refusal of delivery

We will issue a refund for the item’s purchase price only (excluding shipping). If you would like the order re-shipped, additional shipping fees will apply.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations listed above. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • Delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs clearance and local delivery processes.
