Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or return.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return for items purchased directly from Auto Engines Center under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused or only slightly used.
  • Proof of purchase is required (such as an order confirmation email or receipt).

⚠️ Please note: Returned products must go through our detailed inspection and remanufacturing process. This includes re-testing, dismantling, and rebuilding to ensure all resold items meet our quality standards. Due to this extensive process:

  • Upfront freight charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for arranging return shipping.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email our support team at support@autoenginecenter.com or call us at +1 (279) 242-9756 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Package
    • Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
    • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Refunds will include:

  • The purchase price of the item(s)
  • Original shipping fees only if the return is due to our error or a defective product

🚫 Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless Auto Engines Center is responsible for the issue.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please initiate a return using the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
